Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the age requirements that apply where you live. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a child where required by law.
Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate account information, and tell us promptly if you believe an account or device has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law.
Profiles and household use
Profiles help members of an account keep separate recommendations and playback history. Profile access does not create a separate subscription or transfer ownership of the account.
The number of supported profiles, devices, and concurrent streams can depend on the plan or product configuration shown to you.
Subscriptions and billing
Plan price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and included features are shown before you confirm a purchase. A subscription starts when the payment is accepted or when the checkout screen says access starts.
If a plan renews automatically, it continues until you cancel it. Cancelling a plan stops a future renewal and normally does not remove access already paid for, unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise.
Payment providers may apply their own authentication, processing, and refund steps. Keep your receipt or payment reference when asking for help.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage an eligible subscription from the account subscription page or through the payment route used for the purchase. The cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout, the plan page, and applicable law determine what happens after a request.
For a payment problem, contact support with the account email or phone number and payment reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes.
Content and availability
Star Prime Video provides access to films, series, episodes, live channels, and other content that is available for your plan, territory, device, and viewing period. Titles, audio, subtitles, quality, and release windows can change when rights or technical conditions change.
A title page or catalogue entry does not guarantee that a title is playable in every territory or at every time.
Permitted use
Use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing. Do not copy, sell, rent, publicly show, retransmit, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service or another person’s access.
Do not use another person’s account without permission, upload unlawful material, or use the service to break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The service, its software, design, branding, catalogue presentation, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership to you.
Service changes and suspension

We may restrict or suspend access when an account breaks these terms, a payment is reversed, or continued access creates a security, legal, or safety risk. We will restore access when the reason ends or after a successful review where appropriate.

We provide the service subject to availability and the limits of the rights and systems that support it. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to every title or feature.
Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
