The Payment Methods will differ from platform to platform (operating systems). In the event your subscription expires, STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD reserves the right to auto-renew your subscription through your authorized Payment Method provided such Payment Method offers the service of auto-renewal. You hereby authorize Us to effect such auto-renewal in the above-mentioned scenario. In the event you desire to discontinue your auto-renewed subscription, you may contact us at support@starprimevideos.com in order to obtain assistance in this regard. All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods and/or unwatched content. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information for all subscriptions. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. USER DELETION At any time, users can delete their accounts at their sole discretion. The Account gets deleted after completion of 10 days from the time the deletion request is placed and the User can also choose to withdraw the deletion request within 10 days. Account deletion will wipe out all user account related data including subscriptions and no refunds will be issued. Steps to delete account: More —> My Account —> Delete Account —> Press Delete Account —> Type CONFIRM in Text Field —> Delete. The deletion request is placed. Steps to withdraw the deletion request: More —> My Account —> Delete Account —> Cancel Deletion Request. SUBSCRIPTION To be able to view certain premium content (“Premium Content”), you will be required to subscribe to any one subscription plan (“Plan”) on STAR PRIME VIDEOS Website/ Application. Any Registered User can avail the Subscription Package ("Subscription User"). As Subscription User, You will be required to subscribe to Subscription Packages made available by STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD from time to time. Depending on packages and/or value added services and the term of the proposed subscription, You will be required to make payment via a Payment Method provided by STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD for accessing and browsing STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD. If You wish to avail STAR PRIME VIDEOS after the expiry of the initial term of Subscribed Packages, You shall prior to the expiry of such term, recharge Your account with the then prevailing subscription charges. STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD reserves the right to modify or discontinue Website/ Application at its sole discretion with or without notice to You. STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD Ltd shall not be liable to You or any third party in any manner, should STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD exercise its right to modify or discontinue Website/ Application. Further, STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD reserves the right, at any time, with or without notice and without any liability to: 1. Replace or otherwise withdraw Subscription Packages or Content, 2. Change or reduce the number of hours of any Content; blackout any Content; and 3. Modify the prices for Subscription Packages or any part of STAR PRIME VIDEOS service. Further, STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD reserves the right to change packaging and introduce base and add on packages and/or offer content on individual basis. You acknowledge and agree that the Content provided by STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD is being supplied by third parties and availability of such Content is outside STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD’s control and can be removed anytime. STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTDRESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS OWN EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, IN WHICH EVENT YOU WILL COOPERATE WITH STAR MEDIA NETWORK PVT LTD IN ASSERTING ANY AVAILABLE DEFENSES. THIS PROVISION SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT NOT WITH STANDING ANY TERMINATION OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. SEVERABILITY In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Mumbai, High Court Maharashtra, India.
